Trail running on the icy Open Lands trails is no longer such a safety hazard with my new gear!

Matt got this inflatable hot tub for his birthday, but has been using it as a cold tub for his plunges when Lake Michigan conditions aren't so good

The cold temps have made it dangerous sometimes to go into the lake.  Look at all that ice!  Geesh!

The ice can form an ice shelf that will break with body weight, which is dangerous.

They still do it, though, when they can find a way into the water safely.  It is incredible.
