Kristin, Cory and PJ came down Saturday night for a fun impromptu pizza party and bonfire. Sunday both sets of Luke's grandparents came to enjoy a pool day on a gorgeous summer day. This is exactly what a pool owner wants - people enjoying the pool! (As an aside....before we moved in to this house, I always thought people who had pools were obsessed with them. Now, I understand! It isn't an obsession, it is appreciation. When you think about how many months the pool is closed, you start to really appreciate those precious moments of the year when it is open, it is warm, and it is being used!)
Luke has been super cute and about 95% of the time is a walker, becoming more and more confident with his speed walking skills. I'm not happy to report that he has had a bit of a setback with the sleeping through the night. As K&C can attest to when they stayed over Saturday night (sorry guys!). Not sure what is going on with him, but hoping it swings back the other way asap.
Here are some recent cute shots. I also posted a couple videos. One is of Lukers being silly in his high chair, and another is of Luke pushing his wagon with brute force over the garden hose. He is such a little monkey - he tries to do everything we do. For example, just last week he took a piece of plastic laying on the ground - walked over and put it in the garbage can and then walked back. I can't believe we're in this phase already! What happened to my baby? He became a toddler.
