Banff!

We had another incredible hiking and yoga retreat this year, this time destination: Banff!  I understand why there is so much hype around Banff.  It was INCREDIBLE!!!  I can't say enough about how amazingly beautiful it was.   Everyone must go.  I must go again to share it with my family. We had a great time.  While Lisa and I were gone, Steve and Matt had fun with the kids too.
