One other update I meant to post is that Claire is now using sign language to communicate "more" all the time. She vehemently taps her fingers together in the more signal anytime she wants anything, sometimes verbalizing "more" at the same time. It is sort of cute in a demanding sort of way:)

| Claire has also been sucking her thumb and twirling her hair a ton, especially in the morning. Matt and I have gone to get her in the morning and sometimes some of her hair is wrapped around her finger so tight we're worried it could cut off circulation! Other times she has knots on one side that take a while to work out. I'm definitely having flashbacks to my own childhood, as well as thinking about PJ (but she didn't suck her thumb, too!). This is one club I'm wishing she wouldn't join. |
